No Returns Policy

All sales made through BN Peptides are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refunds are strictly limited and will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer provides a valid Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a recognized third-party purity testing laboratory.

  • The COA must clearly demonstrate that the product fails to meet the stated purity or authenticity specifications advertised by BN Peptides.

  • The COA must be verifiable and issued for the exact product batch purchased from BN Peptides.

If these conditions are not fully satisfied, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be accepted for, including but not limited to:

  • Customer error or change of mind

  • Improper storage, handling, or use of the product

  • Results based on anecdotal evidence or non-certified testing

  • Claims made without a valid and verifiable COA

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Refund Review Process

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by BN Peptides.

  • Submission of a COA does not guarantee approval of a refund.

  • BN Peptides reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

By purchasing from BN Peptides, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refunds & Returns Policy in full.
